BOEALPS Annual Banquet

Annual Banquet

The BOEALPS Annual Banquet is a great event that the club hosts to wrap up the current year of classes and climbing. This event acts as a social event to reminisce on the past year’s achievements, be inspired by the achievements of our friends, and start transitioning into the next year of club events.

A typical BOEALPS banquet will include social time, food and drinks, guest speakers, and fun door prizes. We also like to include some club announcements, recognitions for outgoing volunteers, and a welcoming of new board members.

Overall it’s a wonderful event, put on by the hard working volunteers of the club, where family and friends are welcome to celebrate another great year of this climbing community with us!

Guest Speakers

We’re thrilled to welcome Kimber Cross as our 2025 BoeAlps Banquet speaker! Kimber is an accomplished adaptive climber and educator who made history as the first disabled climber to use a prosthetic ice tool on the Kautz Route of Mount Rainier/Tahoma—a peak she has summited six times. A former member of The North Face’s Athlete Development Program, she continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible, now training to become the first adaptive climber to complete classic objectives in the Alaska Range, including the iconic Moose’s Tooth. RSVP today to hear Kimber’s story!
