The BOEALPS Board members meet once a month to discuss various topics around the organization and management of the club. Meetings are typically the second Tuesday of the month and can vary in location or sometimes are hosted virtually through google meet. 

While we typically keep our distribution list for board meetings small, anyone in the club is welcome to attend and can Contact Us if they want to be added to the board distribution list or if they have a topic they want to discuss.

The meeting details are also usually posted on the club calendar for club members to view.
